Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics and working principle of UC3637 in detail, and applies it to the design of relevant parameters in the inverter control circuit. Finally, an application example is given. The application shows that this control circuit has the advantages of simplicity, practicality, good scalability, stable and reliable performance. Keywords: dual pulse width modulation; control circuit; inverter Since PWM control technology can achieve frequency conversion, voltage conversion, and harmonic suppression at the same time, it has always been the core technology in the field of frequency conversion and its application is quite extensive. The most commonly used and popular SPWM technology has always dominated the CVCF power supply. One of its basic implementation methods is to use analog integrated circuits to complete the comparison between the sine modulation wave and the triangle wave carrier to generate an SPWM signal; the other is to use digital methods. With the deepening of application and the development of integrated technology, commercialized application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and dedicated single-chip microcomputers (8X196/MC/MD/MH) and DSPs can simplify the control circuit structure and increase the degree of integration. Since the digital method is generally more expensive, it requires special development equipment, cross-compilation, complex software design, and a large amount of debugging work, which is also a waste for some products that are sensitive to production costs and small and medium-capacity inverters.
