Research on Ku-band lossless MESFET mixer monolithic circuit [Copy link]

This paper analyzes the working principle of the lossless MESFET drain injection mixer circuit. In
the CAD research of this mixer, the MESFET model expansion technology is proposed. On this basis, the Ku-band lossless MES-FET mixer monolithic integrated circuit is designed and manufactured. The test results of the mixer circuit are consistent with the calculation, and the performance reaches: conversion gain -2dB, noise figure 7-- 8dB.
