Application of wireless remote control in raw material yard [Copy link]

At present, there are two communication transmission methods between the raw material stacker and reclaimer of major cement plants and the ground: wired transmission and wireless transmission. Wired transmission generally uses multi-core communication cables, cable drums or busbars. However, the torque motors used with cable drums are easily damaged; the communication cables have low tensile strength and are easy to break; busbar communication is a contact communication. The long-term operation of the stacker and reclaimer causes uneven sinking of the track foundation, the track is not installed straight, the busbar vibrates with the belt conveyor bracket, and the busbar installation error causes the busbar to twist and deform, the collector bracket deforms, and the collector falls off, resulting in frequent poor contact between the carbon brush and the busbar, intermittent automatic interlocking signals, and ground control failure. In addition, the cable is exposed outdoors for a long time, corroded and worn severely, and the insulation is damaged. This brings many inconveniences to on-site construction.
In the face of the above thorny problems, in recent years, with the advancement of wireless communication technology and the development of network technology, wireless communication transmission has developed rapidly with its simple operation, no subsequent maintenance cost, stable and reliable, and excellent performance-price ratio. At present, Bluetooth technology and industrial network technology are relatively mature, and the signal is stable and reliable. The communication distance between Bluetooth adapters can reach 100 meters, while industrial network technology can reach a communication distance of several kilometers using the Modbus communication protocol. Dawei Zhitong's DW-J31 wireless acquisition module, 433MHz frequency can reach up to 8 kilometers.
If there are many stackers and reclaimers and they are distributed in a concentrated manner, you can set up a wireless monitor DW-MC1 in the central control room, set up J31 nodes in various stackers and reclaimers, build a local signal wireless transmission network, and realize the communication between the central control room and the stackers and reclaimers through the acquisition control register, so as to realize the real-time, reliable and effective transmission of the interlocking control signal.
Wireless remote control of mechanical equipment can use point-to-point control or the monitor acquisition method mentioned above. The latter has better competence than the situation with many complex points, and it is also much more convenient to handle it in a centralized manner!
