1. Understand the conductive characteristics of semiconductor materials and be familiar with the external characteristics and main performance characteristics of semiconductor components (crystal diodes, crystal triodes and field effect transistors). (ii) Approximate calculation and setting of the operating point of a single-stage amplifier circuit (common source, common base, common collector, differential amplifier) composed of a transistor and a field effect transistor, the concept of small signal, and the calculation of intermediate frequency gain, input and output resistance, etc. 3. The working principle of Class B power amplifier, as well as the calculation of output power, tube power consumption and efficiency. 4. Estimation of the static operating point of a multi-stage amplifier, and calculation and analysis of the intermediate frequency gain, input and output resistance. (V) Be able to calculate the upper and lower frequency limits of a single-stage amplifier circuit, use Bode diagrams to plot the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of a multi-stage amplifier circuit, and use Bode diagrams to determine the stability of a negative feedback amplifier circuit. (vi) The composition and performance characteristics of feedback amplifiers, type determination, and voltage gain calculation under deep negative feedback conditions. 7. Understand the working process of the internal circuits of typical integrated operational amplifiers (constant current, constant voltage, bias circuits). Be able to use ideal operational amplifiers to form adders, subtractors, differentiators, integrators, and followers. Be able to analyze and calculate such circuits. 8. Know the basic technical indicators and concepts of relevant circuits and components. 9. Understand the concept of current mode.
