Actually, no. As far as I know, if the bandwidth requirement is not particularly high, the serial QSPI PSRAM has very simple interface, programming and operation. The SOP8 package has a small PCB size and saves space, has few I/Os and low power consumption, and is very similar to SPI NOR in use.
