According to the requirements of the subject, this design uses the low-cost AT89S52 microcontroller as the CPU for both the main control unit and each detector unit, and uses the PT100 thermal resistor that fully meets the measurement temperature range requirements and has high working consistency as the temperature sensor. The self-designed precision constant current source circuit constitutes a four-wire high-precision sampling circuit that can compensate for the line impedance of the temperature sensor. The signal conditioning is mainly completed by the high-precision instrument amplifier AD620 with very low offset voltage and extremely small linear error. The various parameters of each detector can also be set through the keyboard of the main control unit, and it has functions such as temperature digital display, alarm storage, system clock, etc.; the system adds a PC to realize the setting of various parameters, which also meets the current requirements for remote monitoring of industrial field parameters, and can store field temperature data, alarm, print curves, etc. All field communication buses use the very mature RS-485 technology.
