Realize the IIC to USB interface of capacitive screen [Copy link]

1. Introduction to capacitive screen IIC to USB conversion
Most of the mainstream small-size (about 10 inches) capacitive screen touch chips on the market have IIC interfaces, which are inconvenient to directly connect to systems such as Windows, Linux and Android. However, most industrial computers, cash registers, advertising machines and other human-computer interaction devices now use systems such as Windows, Linux and Android. This solution realizes the direct connection between the IIC interface of the mainstream touch chip and the USB interface of the above systems, which is plug-and-play.
2. Which touch chips are supported
Currently, mainstream touch chips on the market are supported, such as: Goodix (GT911/GT928/GT9110, etc.), FocalTech (FT5X06, etc.) and chipone, cypress and other models. Other brands or unsupported models need to be debugged specifically. In theory, as long as the touch chip opens the required data, it can be debugged to realize the USB and IIC transfer function.
3. The impact of different brands, models and resolutions on the transfer solution
For touch chips of different brands, the programs in the transfer chip are different; for touch chips of different models under the same brand, the programs in the transfer chip are generally the same; for touch chips of the same model, if the resolution of the touch screen is different, it is also necessary to use software to set the resolution (software is provided), and the resolution will not be adaptive.
4. Supported operating systems
Support Windows7 and above/Linux/Android and other systems, in the above systems, driver-free and plug-and-play can be achieved.
5. Solution provision method
① A DEMO board for testing and verifying functions can be provided. The appearance of the DEMO board is as shown below.
② Provide a schematic diagram and draw the PCB board yourself.
③ Provide the code to realize the USB to IIC function and purchase the CH554 chip burning program yourself.

What device do you use for USB driver-free? If it is just HID, can it support multi-touch and gesture operation?
