Here's some advice. If you want to learn drawing and design, why install such a new version? You're not a tester of Altium. It's normal that the 2018 version of the software released in 2018 has a few bugs before the end of 2018. You can give feedback to Altium, and they may give you a consolation prize or something: lol. First install a slightly more stable version of 2016 to practice your drawing skills.

I remember that it worked when I first installed it, but it didn't work after a while. Is it something in the computer environment variables that affected it?
