i.MX6UL: i.MX6UL is a high-performance, low-power processor series based on the ARM Cortex-A7 core with a main frequency of up to 528MHz. The i.MX6UltraLite application processor includes an integrated power management module that eliminates the need for an external PMU, reduces the complexity of external power supplies, and simplifies power-on timing. Each processor in this series provides a variety of memory interfaces, including 16-bit LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, NAND Flash, NOR Flash, eMMC, and has a QSPI SPI interface that can be connected to a wide range of peripherals such as WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, display screens and cameras. It is mainly aimed at applications such as in-vehicle information processing, home energy management systems, industrial control fields, and IoT gateways.
