You can use the built-in template for output, but the output content is garbled or the table format is wrong; 5. When using a self-made template for output, it prompts Filed to open Excel template (on a colleague's computer, the same template can be exported normally); The solutions currently taken are all ineffective: 1. Reinstall AD13, no effect; 2. Reinstall Office 2013, no effect; 3. Change Office version, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2016, all are enterprise editions, no effect; 4. Run AD13 and Excel 2013 in compatibility mode at the same time, no effect; 5. 1. Is the template file BOM Ljldv0.4.XLT template a self-made template by the OP? Is this file format in a normal file? 2. Even if there is this template, the alarm indicates that the template file may be corrupted or in an unsupported format (The template file may be corrupted or in unsupported format)

Check the template installation path of AD software, which is under Users and Public. The place under Templates in the figure below should be consistent with the menu in the second figure below AD software selection --- Report ---- Bill of Materials.... Check the file in the red box under the template drop-down to be consistent with the file above
