MV-U2000 Portable USB Bus Image Acquisition Box

【Features】

MV-U2000 is a portable external USB color / black and white image acquisition box. This lightweight box can be connected to the host through the USB bus of USB2.0 version . It can be used with a portable or desktop computer to form various types of mobile image processing workstations, especially suitable for outdoor, activity venues, and small working environments.

MV-U2000 converts color video A/D and decodes it into YUV422 digital signal, and converts black and white video A/D into GRAY8 digital signal. These digital signals are cached and sent to the host memory through the USB interface controller or sent to the video memory after YUV to RGB conversion by the host .

When the host USB bus is version 2.0 and captures a 768 × 576 full-window image, the YUV image sent to the memory can reach 25 frames /s ; when the host converts YUV into RGB and then sends it to the host video memory, it can achieve real-time display of 25 frames /s .

[Data flow]

After the analog image data is collected by the camera, it is processed by the video encoding chip, converted into a digital image, and transmitted to the programmable logic device FPGA ; after the FPGA receives the digital image data, it sends it to the RAM cache, then takes the data out of the RAM and transmits it to the USB 2.0 control chip, which uses the USB 2.0 interface to finally transmit the data to the computer for real-time display and storage.

l Receive standard video signals, color and black and white image acquisition.

lImage display acquisition resolution: 768X576 , can be infinitely scaled.

lRealize real-time switching / scanning and simultaneous acquisition and processing of multiple video signals .

l Sampling bit number: 9 bits for black and white mode , RGB 15 , 16 , 24 and 32 bits for color mode .

lHorizontal resolution: up to 480 TV lines or more.

lThe input video is standard PAL and NTSC signals.

l One composite or Y/C video input is optional.

lBrightness , contrast and saturation are software adjustable.

lIt has window opening and zooming functions.

lImage data formats collected and transmitted: Color: YUV422 , RGB888 , RGB8888 . Black and white: GRAY8 .

l Image transfer speed via USB2.0 : to memory: 25 frames ( YUV422 ) to video memory: 25 frames ( RGB888 ).

lThis image acquisition card strictly implements field synchronization to ensure that no frame is lost; and each frame of the image is complete, correct, and the image does not shake.

lInterface and operation : The interface is friendly, the operation is simple, plug and play, and the system automatically completes all environmental settings.

We provide a complete SDK to support users to carry out secondary development conveniently . We provide you with a convenient secondary development package ( SDK ), and can even directly write application software according to user requirements. For large-volume orders for industry applications, we can provide software and hardware ( ODM ) according to customer needs.
