Yesterday, the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the results of its monitoring of the communications equipment market, revealing that a total of 23 products were found to be substandard.

Monitoring found that some mobile phones did not have product names, manufacturer names, etc. marked on the products. A Nanfang High-Tech K828 mobile phone sold by Beijing Zhonghong New Century Trading Co., Ltd. in Xidan Mobile Phone Mall was also found to have unqualified transmitter output power. It is reported that output power is an important indicator reflecting the call signal and call effect of mobile phones. Excessive output power not only consumes power, but also has strong interference, affecting the call effect of others; and insufficient transmitter output power will also affect the call signal and call effect. In addition, in this monitoring, three products such as " AUX " failed the electrostatic discharge immunity test. It is reported that such products will experience inexplicable freezes and disconnections during calls, affecting the normal use of consumers.
