HOLTEK launches the new CAS Tone Detector HT9033. The new product can quickly and correctly receive CAS signals and notify the system controller to perform the call insertion function. It is suitable for various telephone remote control systems, automatic calling systems and industrial control systems. CAS (CPE Alerting Signal) is a complex frequency signal, composed of 2130Hz and 2750Hz. Before inserting another caller's data during a telephone call, the switch must first send this warning signal to inform the user's equipment to prepare to receive data. HT9033 is a CAS signal receiver with digital decoding and filtering functions. Its operating frequency is 3.58MHz. The built-in amplifier circuit can adjust the input signal. The high-speed conversion filter circuit quickly decomposes the high-frequency 2750Hz and low-frequency 2130Hz signals of the CAS signal, and sends a signal to notify the system controller in real time. The HT9033 has a sensitivity of up to -33dBm and a fast detection capability of 55 milliseconds. In power saving mode, it consumes only 1uA. The product package type is 16-pin DIP/SOP. Holtek has started to provide samples and has entered mass production.
