　　1. Global Local Plan 80: The basic monthly fee is 80 yuan, including 200 minutes of basic local calls. The local call charges exceeding the limit are charged at 0.40 yuan/minute during busy hours and 0.24 yuan/minute during off-peak hours.

　　2. Global Local Package 108: The basic monthly fee is 108 yuan, including 360 minutes of basic local calls. The local call charges exceeding the limit are charged at 0.30 yuan/minute during busy hours and 0.18 yuan/minute during off-peak hours.

　　3. Global Local Package 168: The basic monthly fee is 168 yuan, including 700 minutes of basic local calls. The local call charges exceeding the limit are charged at 0.25 yuan/minute during busy hours and 0.15 yuan/minute during off-peak hours.

　　4. Global Local Package 220: The basic monthly fee is 220 yuan, including 1,100 minutes of basic local calls. The local call charges exceeding the limit are charged at 0.20 yuan/minute during busy hours and 0.12 yuan/minute during off-peak hours.

　　The busy hours in the above package are 8:00-20:00 (including 8:00) on the same day, and the off-peak hours are 20:00-8:00 (including 20:00) on the same day. The start time of each call is used as the basis for calculating the busy and off-peak hours.

　　2. Called Package

　　The basic monthly fee is RMB 10 for 500 minutes or RMB 20 for 1,000 minutes of local calls. The local call charges exceeding the limit are charged at RMB 0.20 per minute.

　　Scope of application: Standard China Mobile (the rate is: 50 yuan per month, local calling and called call charges are 0.4 yuan per minute) and Standard China Mobile (no monthly fee, local calling and called call charges are 0.60 yuan per minute).
