Manual solder paste printer acceptance process FOR MPM AP-20 (general situation)
This inspection regulation can also be applied to the on-site inspection of any other type of 2nd hand automatic printing equipment (with just a slight modification). The speed of equipment update is accelerating. If you want cheap and easy-to-use 2nd hand equipment, you must keep your eyes open!
1. Visual inspection and overall inspection.
a. Whether the appearance color and paint are good, and whether there are any serious external appearance defects.
b. Check whether there are any abnormal mechanical, electrical or gas sounds when the main power is turned on to start the machine. Check whether the movements of each button switch feel good.
c. Check whether the operating system of the main control computer is started normally. (Storage, importing data, downloading backup files, establishing a new database, etc.)
d. Check whether the incoming accessories are consistent with the supply list. It is best to have a basic electrical structure diagram.
e. Check whether the printing head and printing knife have signs of impact or damage. Install/disassemble the printing knife (front and back) to feel whether the mechanical coupling is smooth and whether there is a large mechanical gap.
f. Check the H-frame, Z-frame, vacuum plate, and transfer rails for signs of impact or damage, and to see if they are properly secured in place.
2. Routine performance inspection.
a. Run the “RESET” command in the operating system maintenance menu to check whether all servo motors and axes in the machine can return to the zero position correctly.
b. Run the slow motion control function in the operating system to check whether the X-AXIS, Y-AXIS, Z-AXIS, SQUEEGEE STROKE, THETA-AXIS and other servo axes can be controlled normally and run smoothly without bad noise. (Maybe the names on AP20 are different)
c. The STENCIL can be installed normally and the 4 STENCIL fixing clips can work normally.
d. Whether the corresponding PCB can be successfully imported and the adsorption performance of the vacuum plate can be tested.
e. Check the loading speed of the test PCB, and observe whether the board feed sensor can respond normally when the PCB enters the machine, and whether the Z-frame can smoothly support the PCB board to rise close to the STENCIL.
f. Whether the machine's visual system can operate normally, whether it can correctly establish MARK graphic data, and correctly find and judge the positioning mark (MARK) on STENCIL and PCB (controlled by the operating system)
g. Whether the height of STENCIL from PCB and the height of printing knife from STENCIL can be adjusted normally (controlled by the operating system)
h. The installation and working condition of the automatic cleaning STENCIL wiper paper also need to be carefully checked. (Including the normal control of the mechanical and electrical structure of the moving paper and the operating system, as well as the corresponding cleaning effect)
i. The user should check the correct status when the machine is set to "Pass Through" mode (ie: the machine will not print, the entire machine is equivalent to the guide rail working)
j. AP-20 has a 2D automatic visual inspection function. After the printer completes the printing of a PCB, the machine can perform a 2D visual inspection of the solder paste printing effect of the entire board at a certain speed (but I heard that this function of the machine is not very perfect)
h. Observe whether the PCB is detached from the STENCIL and falls smoothly after printing is completed, and whether there are any abnormalities in the board transmission status.
Note: The above regulations are suitable for the initial acceptance inspection at the delivery site. The real performance generally requires about 2 weeks of actual online production to be reflected.
