LLC power supply synchronous rectification question

As shown in the LLC synchronous rectification power supply circuit, how do the two LLC windings control the output voltage by adjusting the switching frequency of the switching tube?

Also, how are the two MOS involved in the sorting turned on and off? Is there any relationship with the primary coil of the transformer?
