ZCC5503 18V 1A 6uA Low Quiescent Power Synchronous Buck Controller [Copy link]

1. Overview
ZCC5503R is a CMOS step-down regulator composed of a reference voltage source, an oscillator circuit, and a comparator PWM/PFM controller. It uses a PWM/PFM automatic switching control circuit to achieve an adjustable duty cycle. It has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency, and high current output within the full input voltage range (3~18V).
2. Product Features:
◆ High efficiency: The maximum efficiency can reach 95%.
◆ Low power consumption: The static current is less than 6μA.
◆ Operating voltage range: 3~18V.
◆ Maximum current output capability: 1A.
◆ Output ripple: less than ±0.4%.
◆ Built-in power MOSFET, with overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuit protection.
◆ PWM/PFM automatic switching control to maintain high efficiency and low ripple.
◆ Package: SOT23-6L, RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
◆ 12V power supply system.
