The OP

I have nothing to do, so I took a group photo of the boards I bought over the years. [Copy link]

I have bought several boards in the past few years, and today I took a group photo.
① The one with the shell on the top is the RK3399 Orange Pi. It has powerful performance, but because the code of Orange Pi is too well packaged and there is almost no technical support, it is not suitable for learning embedded Linux. So I put on the shell and take it home to use as a TV box.
② The board on the middle left is the Black Gold AX309 Spartan-6 FPGA development board. I bought it when I just graduated. At that time, I wanted to learn FPGA. Later, because there was little FPGA information and no one to teach me, I lost my direction after learning the basics, so I put it aside.
③ The one on the middle right is the Black Gold AX7020 ZYNQ FPGA/ARM development board. This thing is too high-end, with both high-end FPGA and ARM Linux. Like the one above, it has been put aside.
④ The lower left is the Zhengdian Atom RK3568 card computer I bought recently. Because it is relatively cheap, I bought it for learning. At present, the compiled Debian system code has been successfully run, and it feels good.
⑤ The board on the lower right is TI's Tiva C MCU TM4C129 LaunchPad development board. I bought it when I was in college, but later I was busy writing my graduation thesis and never touched it. It has been gathering dust ever since.
Summary: After working for a few years, I have basically built up the necessary knowledge. I believe that relearning these things this time will not be as difficult as before.

They are all high-end boards. They must have cost the original poster a lot of money, right? But if you have touched them all, the experience is really worth it.   Details Published on 2024-9-13 09:35

Nu’s money was not wasted, even though it resulted in a lot of dust. . . . . . . . . .

Awesome! It looks really cool! I will make a memorial or mount it on the wall in the future.

High-end motherboards and cards. Looking at what I have, they are all low-end. I should get rid of them quickly.

LZ is really awesome. I have worked for many years and have worked on microcontrollers, but I have never bought a development board. I am so ashamed.

After working for a long time, I feel that if I only know software, it's no problem. If I only know hardware but not software, it's a big problem. I can't use the boards I draw myself as long as they have MCU or SOC. It's very disadvantageous to me and it's easy to be replaced.  Details Published on 2024-9-3 19:59

It's great to be able to draw multi-layer boards. Of course, it's still necessary to burn the firmware and run the system.  Details Published on 2024-9-6 12:52

The first one is fun, Orange Pie, Raspberry Pie, Litchi Pie and Banana Pie, you must collect them all when you have time

It looks very good. You should have collected a lot of boards over the years. Many of them are covered with dust. If you have time, you can study them more and enrich your spare time.

I'm a veteran player. I have some boards, but most of them are gathering dust. It takes too much time and energy to do them.

The Black Gold AX7020 ZYNQ FPGA/ARM development board is good.

The card 3568 computer on the lower left can last for a while with the support of Zhengdian Atom. But rk3588 is rampant, and the others are not so good.

Of course, you can’t chase stars when studying, unless you have money.
