Can the current in a series circuit be split through MOS? [Copy link]

This is a chip application circuit of a certain company. The heat dissipation protection circuit in it should not be able to complete the thermal protection function described in the manual from a theoretical analysis.

Are the voltage effects of VCC and IOUT described in the manual useful?

The direction of the P-channel MOS tube in this circuit is correct, and the tube can be turned on and off by VCC through the 12V voltage regulator tube. In your other post, the direction of the P-channel MOS tube is wrong, and the source and drain are reversed.   Details Published on 2024-8-28 16:28
