Is there any direction requirement for this? It should be mainly affected by distance.

Is the program downloading normal? This is my first time using ESP32 and I always have problems downloading programs.

It's not this direction, it's the sleep monitoring direction. The millimeter wave radar and the main control MCU have certain height requirements, otherwise there will be great interference.
