This circuit is a vortex flowmeter

The static capacitance of the ceramic piece is 4.7PF, the piezoelectric constant is 550PC/N, and the material of P-5 is d33. Please help me calculate the values of C1, C8, R2 and R12.

Now change the capacitance of C1 and C8 to 3300PF and the flow rate to 7L/min. The above measurement is accurate. The following is inaccurate. The smaller the flow rate, the greater the error. Thank you very much. The following is differential amplification.
