Why not use a ready-made one? Ethernet is a product of the DOS era. There was a professional company called Novell in that era. Using Novell's networking software, you can achieve networking under DOS, even including access to the Internet. This was the basic skill for us to play with computers in that era. We did several such projects back then. However, it has been 30 years. Is it still necessary to do this now? Even more, does the OP know how to use DOS?
