What is a programmable crystal oscillator? Programmable crystal oscillators are mostly active crystal oscillators, which are composed of two chips; one is an all-silicon MEMS resonator, and the other is a chip with temperature compensation function, which can start the circuit phase-locked loop CMOS. It uses standardized semiconductor chip MCM packaging.
