Help, why can't TPS55340 boost the voltage? [Copy link]

The schematic PCB is as above, the bottom layer of the layout is complete. The 7th and 9th pins of the chip only have a fixed voltage without a waveform, and the FB pin does not reach 1.229V. The end of the inductor connected to the SW is a PWM with a duty cycle of more than 95%.
