Overview

The ST800W series is a complete set of advanced and practical online temperature monitoring devices for electrical contacts of high-voltage switchgear. The key component SW-610 wireless temperature measurement module adopts our company's patented technology (ZL201320065916.6), draws power through the high-voltage electric field, and is battery-free. It completely solves the disadvantage of the ordinary wireless temperature measurement system that requires regular power outages to replace batteries. At the same time, it avoids the wireless temperature measurement system that uses current transformers to draw power , which has strict requirements on the load current range (the current is too small to work, and the current is too large to damage the equipment). The SW-610 type only needs power from the high-voltage system, regardless of the load current. There is also a SW-600 wireless temperature measurement module with a battery design for users to choose according to their needs. The temperature measurement component of the device is installed near the connection point where the current-carrying conductor of the high-voltage switch is prone to temperature rise, and the temperature sensor signal installed at the high-potential end can be isolated and transmitted to the instrument at the low-potential end through wireless data transmission. For removable switchgear, you only need to install the sensor module on the side of the handcart, which is very convenient for installation, modification and maintenance. It adopts a strap-type installation method, which is easy to install. The display instrument of the device is also equipped with a temperature sensor inside the cabinet, which can display the relative temperature rise of the hot spot. □Wireless temperature measurement system

The wireless temperature measurement system uses automation control, computer communication, network information and other technologies to form a dedicated wireless network based on existing mature wireless solutions. Designed for special high-voltage system application scenarios, it monitors the temperature rise status of the electrical switch breakpoints and busbar joints of the distribution cabinet in real time. Based on standard RS485/Modbus communication, this system sends data to the local distribution station and remote dispatch room as well as portable terminals or mobile terminals, so that users can check the equipment status at any time and handle abnormal situations and alarms in a timely manner.
