CMS32M65xx series MCU is a high-end motor control chip based on ARM-Cortex M0+ core launched by China Micro Semiconductor . The main frequency is up to 64MHz; the operating voltage is 1.8V to 5.5V; it provides 64KB Flash Memory, 8KB SRAM, 1KB Data flash; up to 23 GPIOs; 6-channel enhanced PWM can output complementary PWM with adjustable dead zone; built-in 12-bit high-speed ADC with sampling rate of 1.2Msps; built-in 2-channel analog comparator, 3-channel programmable gain amplifier with adjustable gain; 2 32-bit general timers; 4 16-bit general timers; the communication interface provides 1 UART, 1 SPI, and 1 I2C; industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃;
The electric drill/wrench development board provided by AMEC is based on CMS32M6534E and is designed with AMEC's 30-40V low-voltage power MOSFET product CMS130S040P56B. Its performance features include:
