This circuit uses two MOS tubes, and the two MOS sources are not connected, so it will be difficult to drive. It is also difficult to connect the circuit that drives the two MOS tubes with the output voltage sampling.
In addition, if one of the inputs is AC mains, then the output GND is "hot", that is, there is AC voltage between the output and the earth, which is quite dangerous.
