Dual-input buck circuit realizes solar power and mains power complementation [Copy link]

This post was last edited by Muzi0 on 2023-8-29 11:05
VBUS PGND is the positive and negative poles of the DC power rectified from the AC 220V, DC+ DC- is the positive and negative poles of the photovoltaic 120-400V. I want to use a dual-input buck circuit to achieve the complementarity of solar energy and city electricity, and adjust the modulation of the two MOS tubes through the photovoltaic voltage and output voltage. This is my first time to contact photovoltaics. Can an expert guide me if it can be achieved? Are there any things I need to pay attention to?

This circuit uses two MOS tubes, and the two MOS sources are not connected, so it will be difficult to drive. It is also difficult to connect the circuit that drives the two MOS tubes with the output voltage sampling. In addition, if one of the inputs is AC mains, then the output GND is "hot", that is, there is AC voltage between the output and the earth, which is quite dangerous.   Details Published on 2023-8-29 19:02

How low is the PV voltage required for switching?

Because the power supply is ultimately used to drive the motor, the isolation cost is relatively high. In fact, I want to use a MOS tube as a switch to switch from low photovoltaic voltage to mains power.
