System Overview:
LFPT1000 realizes the independent control of pressure and flow rate based on the pipeline multi-parameter test system, as well as the dual control function of pressure and flow rate. At the same time, the system also has the static pressure test function; and mainly tests the static and dynamic pressure loss of the cooling water channel of the automotive electric drive system. During the dynamic test, the flow rate and pressure can be controlled, and the currently designed motor and controller can be tested. The system consists of a water pump, frequency conversion, LSPTS, water tank, high-precision flow meter, high-precision pressure gauge, electronic control unit, and operating software.
