System Overview

Purpose: Easy to use, simple appearance, neat lines, improved work efficiency, fully automatic verification with one-button operation.

The CMAP1000 system can calibrate multiple devices at the same time. It is designed according to user habits so that the devices can be quickly connected and read during the calibration process. The CMAP1000 system will directly generate a report after the calibration is completed, solving the tedious filling, recording, calculation and reporting problems in the work process. It can also be customized according to user needs, including the size of the system itself, so that the laboratory space is utilized to the greatest extent and the connection of each line is clear at a glance. The practical and simple operating table design is very convenient when moving the entire system.

System highlights:

1. Mixed use of RS232 or RS485: If the model of the device under test is the same, RS232 and RS485 can be tested at the same time;
2. Intelligent gas circuit automatic switch: unused channels are automatically sealed to solve the problem of three-way and four-way gas circuits not being sealed. At the same time, it reduces the gas circuit connection methods and improves the connection interface;
3. Supports a variety of products: PTB210, PTB220, PTB330, airport-specific PTB products, radio products;
4. Support the latest 1084 standard;
5. Automatic report generation;
6. All data are automatically collected and calculated;
7. Just manually connect the electrical interface and the gas interface.
