In communication systems, we often hear about time synchronization technology. Why is time synchronization needed? What synchronization devices make up a synchronization network? What are the time synchronization technologies? In this online seminar, we will introduce the concept of time synchronization and the source of demand, the composition of the synchronization network, Microchip's time synchronization solution, and the key points in synchronization design.

Bobby Yan is currently a senior application engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. Wuhan office. He joined Microchip in 2021 and has 17 years of experience in the communications industry. Prior to this, he worked as a hardware/clock algorithm system engineer at Huawei and Zhejiang Saisi.
Bob Yan has extensive R&D and application experience in clock synchronization/1588 design. He is currently responsible for technical support of clock products at Microchip.
Bob Yan graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in communications engineering. He also received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Central China Normal University.
