The HPM6000 series MCU is a high-performance real-time RISC-V microcontroller from Shanghai Xianji Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., which provides great computing power and efficient control capabilities for industrial automation and edge computing applications. Shanghai Xianji Semiconductor has currently released multiple series of high-performance microcontroller products such as HPM6700/6400, HPM6300, HPM6200, etc.
In the HPM6200 series microcontroller, the PLA (Programmable Logic Array) function is added. Users can process and combine the logic of input signals to achieve the desired function by setting the PLA.
HPM6200 includes two PLAs, PLA0 and PLA1. The functions of the two PLAs are exactly the same.
Each PLA unit can support up to 8 inputs and 8 outputs. The input and output units of PLA are controlled by TRGM. That is to say, when users use PLA, the corresponding input and output pins must have the function of trigmux.
The PLA register consists of 3 parts:
-
Input Configuration Section
-
Output channel configuration section
-
Output channel enable section
Each output can be enabled individually. For channels that are not enabled, the corresponding output channel configuration part registers can be used as general registers by the user. When the entire PLA is not used, the output channel configuration part and the input configuration part registers, totaling 1KB, can be regarded as general registers.
