On March 7, ST held a global seminar and launched the high-performance STM32H5 series MCU based on the M33 core.

The new STM32H5 series is based on the Arm Cortex-M33 32-bit core. It is an ideal combination of high performance, security and economy. It operates at up to 250 MHz and has 128 KB to 2 MB of Flash memory and 640 KB of RAM.

The STM32H5 series includes 4 product lines:

• STM32H563/573: 250 MHz, up to 2 MB Flash, 640KB RAM, I3C, DCMI, Ethernet, SMPS option, hardware crypto accelerator (STM32H573)

• STM32H562: 250 MHz, up to 2 MB Flash, 640KB RAM, I3C, DCMI,

• STM32H503: 250 MHz, 128 KB Flash, 32 KB RAM, I3C

The STM32H5 is available in 12 packages ranging from 25 to 176 pins and supports operating ambient temperatures up to 125°C.
