Please help explain the meaning of this curve

The input range of the interpoint DCDC module is normally 16-50V. This is a diagram showing input operation below 16V. I don't understand it. Can you help explain what this diagram means?

Do they correspond to different models, 2815D is 16V and 2812D is 12v?

The vertical axis is the input voltage range

The horizontal axis is the output power

Find the corresponding curve for the input below 16V
