[Xingkong Board Python Programming Learning Main Control Board] 2: Burning System Image
[Copy link]
On the Xingkong board tutorial page, the official gave the firmware Baidu network disk address: (extraction code: unih), and I saw that the version is v0.3.3, which was uploaded on October 13, so the time is quite recent.
The version of the Xingkong board I got is v0.3.1
You can see the update record of 0.3.3 on the tutorial page:
V0.3.3 system image update content:
The Home menu adds the display of external storage folders (media), and can run SD card or USB disk programs.
The Home menu adds numbers and adjusts the switch position for turning on the hotspot mode.
Click the logo on the Home menu terminal interface to return to the menu interface
. The USB network card cannot be used.
Other bug fixes and function optimizations
This version change record should have a history of plasticity, but in fact I only saw the update content of 0.3.3, and I can't see the situation of other versions. Since it is not the latest, let's upgrade it.
There are so many online disks. I chose Baidu. It took me N hours to download at a speed of 70 to 80 KB.
The firmware burning tool UNIHIKER_Batch_Tool provided by Xingkong board can burn 10 Xingkong boards at the same time. I don't know how effective it is and whether it is parallel. UNIHIKER_Batch_Tool is green and free to install. You can run it after decompression.
Press and hold the home button and then connect the USB port, the board will enter the burning mode, and UNIHIKER_Batch_Tool can recognize the device.
Unrecognized device in device manager
After clicking the "Start Burning System" button, the driver will be automatically installed. The actual burning will start only after the driver is successfully installed.
The inconspicuous font of UNIHIKER_Batch_Tool shows the progress. Wait silently until the burning is completed, then click "Start installing the system"
After restarting several times, I entered the previous line blank board log interface. The previous article mentioned that I could only operate by key, but now I can also skip the touch operation and enter the system system information to view
The burning was successful, but the CPU usage jumped abnormally, constantly jumping between 11% and 89%. It returned to normal after restarting once.
The burning steps are relatively simple, but the whole burning process took 13 minutes. I don't know the purpose of the two operations of "Start burning system" and "Start installing system". Can't I click to automatically install after the burning system is completed? Or automatically install after the burning is completed and power on again. I feel that the meaning of these two operations is a bit unclear.
Finally, I remembered one thing, I forgot to back up the program in it
