It's very unreliable, don't believe it, the old master always carries a tester  Details Published on 2022-4-8 09:25

It is definitely not reliable to distinguish only by color, but wiring by color is necessary, and wiring by color is convenient for distinction,,,,,

There aren't many people who don't wire by color these days.

That's true. Color is more intuitive, but you still have to be careful when distinguishing it. Use a multimeter to test it.  Details Published on 2022-4-6 17:23

I only figured it out before renovating my house, but it is still good to master this basic knowledge.

I have seen a case before where the bottom line and the neutral line were connected incorrectly, and there was always a problem with the voltage.

I feel that you still need to be careful with anything related to this point. I saw someone touch the live wire before, and the sparks were terrifying...  Details Published on 2022-4-6 17:25

It's OK to test it with a multimeter, set it to the maximum AC gear, and measure any two wires until 220V is indicated, indicating that there is no short circuit fault in this gear of the multimeter. Then hold the black test lead and touch the three wires with the red test lead respectively. The 220V is the phase line, the zero is the ground line, and the neutral line has a voltage of several to 10 to 20 volts to the earth because the three phases cannot be balanced and the non-linear load is caused.

Look at the color recognition: If you encounter a small place where the "electrician" pulls the wire, you will be in trouble.

There is another terminal in the kitchen and bathroom that is more important than the ground wire: the equipotential terminal

I don't believe it. The electric tester is the most reliable. You can't joke with your personal safety.  Details Published on 2022-4-11 09:07
