In order to protect the intellectual property of developers, the NuMicro M031BT series has an additional security protection Flash block (SPROM, Security Protection ROM) embedded to provide an independent and secure encrypted execution area to protect key program codes. The memory lock function (Flash lock bits) design provides firmware to prevent external access or write protection. Each M031BT has a 96-bit chip unique serial number (Unique Identification, UID) and a 128-bit unique customer serial number (Unique Customer Identification, UCID), which greatly improves the confidentiality and code security of the product.
