Is it a tax on IQ? [Copy link]

Today, Guanguan was chatting in a group. A group of mothers were worried about their children and were discussing which smart learning eye protection lamp to buy. Searching for related content, it is really low-priced at two or three hundred, three or four hundred, and the better ones are five or six hundred, and the worse ones are several thousand. Oh my, it is really a money-eating beast. Guanguan said that with his ability, he can't afford it! Later, a mother who works in this field came forward to say that these are all IQ taxes. It is okay to buy a few dozen cheap ones and check with a mobile phone that there is no flicker. You have to buy other functions. For example, brightness adjustment, voice and other intelligent control. Just find the relevant functions yourself. Don't buy things blindly. Friends, what other IQ tax products do you know? ? Double 11 will start soon after midnight. How to avoid pitfalls?

In fact, the gap is not that obvious. It's just the pot calling the kettle black.   Details Published on 2021-12-21 16:21

From the spectrum point of view, LED lights are far less eye-protective than incandescent lamps.

The spectrum of LED can be measured in an integrating sphere. White LED is a synthesis of three colors of light. Do not use LED lamps with high color temperature, such as close to 6,000K. LED lamps with high color temperature have more blue light components, which are not good for the eyes, especially for children. When buying LED lamps, you should choose a low color temperature of 2500-4100K, the so-called warm white.  Details Published on 2021-11-2 09:35

The brightness meets the requirements and there is no flicker. This is basically no problem. The most important thing is not to use it to fatigue your eyes.

The eyes will experience different levels of fatigue when looking at different types of light for a long time. There should be some scientific basis for this, but I don’t think it’s necessary for lamps that are too expensive.

For young children, the best eye-protection lamp is an incandescent lamp, and a 40W bulb is enough. Old-fashioned incandescent lamps are very cheap, but they are not as beautiful as the current LED lamps, and they consume more electricity, but the total cost of the whole life cycle is much lower than that of LED lamps.

If you must buy a good-looking LED desk lamp, a DC dimming warm-colored lamp is the best. The more expensive one is not necessarily the better. Fancy functions are not necessary, they are just for decoration.

For a non-dimmable warm-color LED desk lamp, just pick one with good wattage or dimming, but do not dim it when reading or doing homework, and output full brightness. Similarly, as long as the wattage is appropriate and it is a warm-color LED, a lamp worth a few dozen dollars will be completely sufficient.

The above is basically complete.

The first choice is still incandescent lamp, but don’t use too high wattage. Too high wattage will easily exceed the standard and is not good for the eyes. 40W is enough, but you should pay attention to the heating and lifespan of the bulb.

Then there is the LED warm light, which has a pretty good spectrum, is energy-efficient and has a long service life.

As for the flicker problem mentioned above, generally speaking, as long as the product is not extremely cheap, this problem does not exist now. However, most of them have been changed to high-frequency flicker, and there are still few with true linear dimming.

When shopping online, many merchants will make false advertisements, so it is not recommended to buy products that are too cheap. It is possible that products that are too expensive do have good effects, but it is really not necessary. As for parameters such as spectrum and color temperature, you can consult the merchant for specific details. Choose products with freight insurance and you can get a refund if it doesn't work.

It would be great if someone has researched these brands and lamps online and could recommend one to me. Hahaha, but if there is none, you have to research it yourself if you need it.  Details Published on 2021-11-2 10:16

The best ones are halogen lamps. Nowadays, incandescent lamps generally have a warmer color.

Yesterday I saw a product that was a waste of money

A friend told me that there is a device that can neutralize the electromagnetic waves emitted by electronic devices.

Thereby avoiding the harm caused by electromagnetic waves radiated by household appliances and electronic equipment
