SPWM frequency-stabilized voltage inverter power supply Abstract: This paper introduces the design of SPWM frequency-stabilized voltage-stabilized inverter power supply, focusing on the analysis of its measurement system. The power supply equipment solves the matching problem between SPWM pulse width modulation inverter and motor by sampling the actual response voltage Vpwm of the motor. However, it is often found that the frequency converter and variable frequency motor cannot match well in use. This problem seriously troubles the manufacturers of frequency converter and variable frequency motor. Therefore, it is necessary to develop SPWM stable frequency and voltage power supply, so that the power supply frequency can be adjusted in the range of 0-500Hz and the voltage can be adjusted in the range of 0-420V (base wave). And it can display the voltage (Vpwm), current, frequency and power of the SPWM wave actually responded by the motor. In this way, the manufacturer of the frequency converter can use the power supply as a standard to measure the voltage, current and frequency values actually used by the matching variable frequency motor to adjust the vector control parameters or v / f control parameters of the frequency converter. The motor manufacturer can also adjust the parameters of the motor according to the standard power supply to match it with the frequency converter.
