According to the information we have learned, there are usually five reasons that cause LED errors, so let's take a look at it.

(1) The luminous effects of different models of lamps vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Generally speaking, few companies will do this, and they will require a unified batch to prevent this problem. The same manufacturer, different batches will also produce certain differences. When you make a mistake, you must avoid this very low error.

(2) Leakage, if there is a certain leakage at the site of some devices, or when the line is not handled well, or when the joint is not connected well, it can start from the second word, the center starts with leakage, and the adhesive cloth at the end of the connection is opened. The iron is made. This requirement is good in the manufacture of the production line and can be checked repeatedly.

(3) The transformer power is too small. You should use a transformer with normal requirements. Different transformers should be used according to the font size. Faced with this situation, we analyzed the use of two power supplies (transformers). For example, if you use eight characters, the first four with one, and the last four with one, you can put the power supply in the middle and the wiring at both ends to deal with this problem. It is best to use a slightly thicker main line. The way you unplug the power supply, then four characters, the first four characters should be used. Of course, the first main line and the second solution are the most effective and thorough in dealing with the problem: (1) Our module is also connected to more than 40 circuits.

(4) The light source is not arranged evenly, and you may need too many LED lights. This cannot be too many, and each string and some details, ask the manufacturer of the light you buy. Some centers have too much and are bright, and some centers use too little, so the brightness is definitely different. The arrangement of light density is based on the requested operation, and you cannot do everything yourself. The general company has the requirements of the manufacturing division, and arranges the light source according to the company's requirements.

(5) If the LEDs are connected in series, the main line of the power supply is connected to the first word first, and then the current after the second word will become smaller and smaller. The smaller the current, the lower the brightness.
