Could it be that the SDK has been updated but the documentation has not been updated in time?

Error 2: The macro definition OUTPUT_INTERFACE=RTT obviously does not match the actual OUTPUT_INTERFACE=OUTPUT_RTT. If you do not read the source code and follow this getting started guide, you will definitely run into trouble!
