I suspect that there is a bug in the package wizard generating the package, which results in the deletion of the pad, but there is still information left in the file package properties, which leads to DRC error.

The distance is correct. When the FPC is generated, there is a pad 0 for fixing the seat. Because mine is locked with a nut, I deleted the pad 0 and added two mechanical holes. Then the DRC reported that the distance between pad 0 and pad 1 is too close. There is no pad 0 on the actual PCB, and there is no pad 0 in the package properties, but I don't know why it reports an error.
