Manufacturers produce capacitors, and the parameter summary stipulates the allowable loss values of these capacitors within a certain frequency range. The loss of capacitors is mainly caused by dielectric loss, conductivity loss and the resistance of all metal parts of the capacitor.   Details Published on 2021-1-2 10:06

Dielectric loss refers to the loss caused by the polarization of the dielectric in the capacitor lagging behind the change of the electric field.

As for the conductivity loss, I don't know what loss it refers to.

If you are not engaged in capacitor manufacturing, you rarely consider these parameters when using capacitors.

The energy consumed by a capacitor due to heat during operation is called
capacitor loss. There are dielectric loss and metal loss.
