【Gravity:AS7341 Review】+Received Color Sensor [Copy link]

After opening the box, I found that both anti-static bags were opened. I guess they had done another test.

Take a look at the true appearance of the color sensor. It is very small.

I got the Arduino board and found that the DuPont cable provided could not be directly connected to the Arduino board. So I found a DuPont cable with a male connector. So I suggested to the manufacturer whether the DuPont cable could be made into a male connector, which would be more convenient to connect to the Arduino board.

According to this line sequence, connect the sensor to the Arduino board.

Serial number Silkscreen Functional Description
1 + Positive power supply
2 - Negative pole of power supply
3 SCL I2C clock line
4 SDA

I2C Data Line

They all use Arduino, which is very convenient for quick testing.   Details Published on 2020-12-25 18:35

Looking forward to subsequent evaluations. I don’t know how the color recognition works and whether it has any requirements for the external environment.

This shows the nm light absorbed, right? Is the color displayed based on this? What is the resolution?

My current understanding is that the colors are distinguished based on the returned data. As for the resolution, I don't know how to answer you.  Details Published on 2020-12-21 19:40

I have been looking for things of different colors these days. I will test them for you. What kind of effect do you want to see? I am currently planning to read the raw data of each color object. How is it? If you have any ideas, please give me more suggestions.  Details Published on 2020-12-24 18:50

For some reason, one of my laptop's USB ports can communicate with the Arduino board, but it can't program or power the Arduino board. I can just change the USB port and it will work.  Details Published on 2020-12-25 20:56
