1. BMS algorithm engineer, job requirements:
1. Familiar with the basic characteristics of lithium-ion batteries or have relevant professional background;
2. Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink program development;
3. At least 3 years of experience in algorithm development (can be appropriately relaxed to 2 years).

2. HIL test engineer, job requirements:

1. Experience in BMS testing;
2. More than three years of HIL testing experience and experience in dSPACE test project development;
3. Strong logical thinking, learning ability, teamwork awareness and external communication skills
