In the previous section, the development environment has been set up and the onboard LED has been turned on. In this section, we will send a classic HELLOWORD to the world through UART! First of all, thanks to the onboard USB to UART CH340 chip, it is very convenient to connect to the computer. Just plug the MINIUSB cable into the USB port of CN3 to see the serial port device. Here my PC shows COM5, which varies depending on the port number of the personal computer.

Then we check the SCH schematic diagram of the development board. The PB6 and PB7 pins of the MCU are connected to CH340. By checking the MCU's Datasheet, we know that it is the USART0 serial port. Then we can happily write the code.

Then continue to write the code, as shown in the figure below. After completion, compile and run it, download it to the chip and run it. Open the serial port assistant to view the print results. You can see that the serial port prints out: "HELLOWORD!" So far, this section of pleasant exploration is easily completed!
