 TMS570 battery balancing management system solution. When I use TTL wires to directly connect the EM1402 board to the computer, the bq76PL455_GUI software can be opened normally and display the voltage of 16 batteries; But when I connect the TMS570 to the circuit and connect it to the computer, the bq76PL455_GUI software keeps prompting that the com port cannot be opened. (ps: tms570 has been modified according to the manual, and the hardware circuit connection is normal). I would like to ask how to deal with this problem? Thank you very much

How is the circuit connected after “TMS570 is connected to the circuit”?

Are you using the TMS570 LaunchPad? Or are you making your own circuit?
