The ring cooling ash unloading system of the sintering workshop of a certain factory unloads the small particles of ore and dust blown out by the blower in the ring cooling process onto the ring cooling trolley through 22 ash hoppers and 22 double-layer ash unloading valves, and then transports the small particles of ore and dust to the belt transport channel at the designated position. The process is as follows: the ring cooling trolley passes through 22 ore slot positions (from 751 to 772) respectively. When it reaches a certain ore slot position, the ring cooling trolley stops (r), opens the upper ore slot valve to unload (r), opens the lower ore slot valve to unload (r) , completes the unloading process of one ore slot, and then reaches another ore slot position to complete the unloading process as above. When the unloading process of the three ore slots is completed, the ring cooling trolley returns to the unloading port 750. Condition before the transformation of the ring cooling car: Due to unreasonable , the ring cooling car has not been able to automatically unload ash since it was put into operation, and two computer modules were burned at the beginning of operation. The electrical control mode of the ring cooling car is manual positioning, manual valve opening, and mechanical limit positioning, with a high failure rate, low operating rate, and high labor intensity. These problems have been plaguing the production of a certain factory's sintering workshop and have had an adverse impact on the production organization of the sintering workshop of a certain factory.
