As the title says, I wasted a whole night and basically confirmed that it was a big pit. The phenomenon is that within a short time after starting USB TX, the serial port DMA reception will pause, causing data loss. It is better to use single-byte reception.

It's my own fault. I didn't notice that pyserial kept sending CDCACMControl commands and the fifo was constantly being cleared...

Are you talking to yourself? What kind of products are you using this IC for? The specifications of F350 are not low.
