Why is there no sound after the voice IC is connected to the power amplifier circuit? [Copy link]

Please help me find out what is wrong with the circuit. The speaker can play sound when it is directly connected to the voice IC, but there is no sound after it is connected to the power amplifier. The 1st pin of the power amplifier is high.

It is estimated that there is a short circuit in the connector, a short circuit in the welding, or damage to the components in the power amplifier circuit...

Since "the speaker can play sound when it is directly connected to the voice IC", then the output amplitude of your voice IC is large enough. You may want to use a multimeter to measure whether your voice IC still has output after connecting to the amplifier.

Perform a graded inspection and give a signal to the input of the amplifier (you can even touch the ground as a signal). If there is sound from the speaker, it means that the amplifier is basically normal.

Is the amplifier circuit good?

After connecting, use an oscilloscope to check the voice chip level by level.
