The problem of calibrating speed [Copy link]

I am now working on a testing machine to calibrate the speed. The microcontroller drives the stepper motor driver to control the speed of the cylinder.

There is also a fuel tank. Now there is a problem, the speed is not proportional, so a coefficient is calibrated.

Then control the speed of the oil cylinder and set the speed to 0.5mm/s, 1mm/s, 2mm/s.

As a result, the speeds of the cylinders are not proportional, not in the ratio of 1:2:4.

I don't know why. Please give me some advice, thank you!

The information is seriously incomplete and cannot be judged. The structure and working principle of the non-circuit part must be clarified first. The circuit is only auxiliary.
